Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Vayra Recovery. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Free shipping. Shipping is free on all orders — the price you see is the price you pay. Any shipping options and costs are always shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a separate email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times. Vayra Comfort Powder ships from our fulfillment partner. Most orders arrive within 7–10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery, as times are estimates and can vary with carrier volume, customs processing, and your location. The large majority of orders land within that window; on the rare occasion one runs longer, we're here to help.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email support@vayrarecovery.com and we'll look into it right away.

Customs and import fees. Some orders ship from international fulfillment partners. Depending on your location and local regulations, the carrier may occasionally assess customs or import fees. If they apply, these fees are separate from your order total and are collected directly by the carrier at delivery — Vayra Recovery does not control or profit from them.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, so a quick review saves everyone a headache.

Delays. Weather, high-demand periods, and carrier or customs backlogs can occasionally push delivery past the estimate above. If your order is running late, email us — we'll always give you a straight answer and make it right.
