Refund policy

At Vayra Recovery, every order is backed by our 30-Day Unwind Guarantee.

 

Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the condition you received it with its original packaging. To start a return, email support@vayrarecovery.com with your order number.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a free replacement or full refund.

 

Exchanges: Need a different item? Return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
